Refund policy
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@justlovelyapparel.com. You will have 10 days from the date of your purchase to request an exchange. Upon acceptance of your exchange, you will have 30 days to mail the unworn & unwashed items back to us. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a store credit for you to purchase your new item(s).
Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, you will have 30 days from the date of your purchase to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@justlovelyapparel.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering your own shipping costs. Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect them to ensure they are unworn & unwashed. A refund, less a 20% restocking fee, will be issued once we've determined the condition of the item(s). If we receive items that have been worn or washed they will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on holiday items or limited time offers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
